For 20 years I was on the tools and running crews. I have also been the customer on the other end, the one hiring the work and paying the invoice. So I know every side this app touches: the worker in the field, the operator running the schedule, and the client waiting on the job. Schedules, crews, certs, client approvals, invoices: I ran all of it, usually across tools that did not talk to each other.
The pattern never changed. The work happened in the field, but the record of the work lived somewhere else. A spreadsheet for scheduling. A group chat for the crew. A binder for compliance. An inbox for quotes. Whatever fell between them became my evening.
CrewOS is the system I kept wishing I had. One place where the lead becomes a quote, the quote becomes a job, and the job becomes an invoice. Where a lapsed cert blocks the clock-in before it becomes a liability, instead of a phone call from the client after.
