September 2026
- Sep 26 · Email delivery tracking. Communications shows whether each email was delivered or bounced, and when, instead of only that it was sent.
- Sep 25 · Hold for approval. A send rule can hold matching AI messages for a manager’s approval, and the preview shows exactly what would happen, cc and bcc included.
- Sep 25 · Website lead form on your own domain. The lead form you embed loads and passes its spam check on any website address you allow.
- Sep 25 · Clearer add-on packs. Packs that are not for sale yet say Coming soon instead of showing a buy button.
- Sep 25 · More AI Workbench summaries. The Workbench can summarize your schedule, a client’s history, an invoice against its original quote, and recent account activity.
- Sep 23 · AI finds existing records by name. Mention a client or site by name and the Workbench links the right record; if several share the name, it asks.
- Sep 18 · Several recipients and attachments. Outgoing messages can go to several people, with cc, bcc and attachments.
- Sep 18 · Route optimization settings. One place to set up route optimization, including where each vehicle starts its day.
- Sep 18 · Routes on the map. The schedule map draws each crew’s route and where each crew starts.
- Sep 17 · Message templates and notification choices. Set the wording for each message type, choose which notifications you get, and retry a failed message.
- Sep 17 · Approvals for outgoing messages. Messages that match your rules can go through your normal approval chain before they send.
- Sep 17 · Scheduled sends, quiet hours and text digests. Messages can be scheduled, respect quiet hours, and several routine texts to one person can go as one.
- Sep 10 · Better travel times in Find a Time. Crew suggestions use real distances between job sites.
- Sep 4 · AI for construction billing and team admin. The Workbench can work with construction billing and field records, change team roles and manage invites, with your confirmation.
- Sep 3 · Revenue forecast. A Forecast report shows expected revenue by month, and the AI can answer more business questions.
- Sep 3 · Message send policy. Set which AI messages send on their own, wait for review, or are held, and preview the effect before saving.
- Sep 3 · Contracts on the client page. Each client’s page lists their contracts.
- Sep 3 · Crew qualification check on contracts. Assigning crew to a contract shows whether each person holds the required skills, and can block or warn.
- Sep 3 · Clearer quotes. Quotes send only once they are ready, one-time quotes drop the recurring billing options, and Monthly Rate is now Billing Rate.
- Sep 3 · Your logo on emails. Emails from CrewOS carry your company logo.
- Sep 2 · Brand-colour theme builder. Pick a brand colour and an optional highlight, and CrewOS builds a full, readable theme around them.
- Sep 2 · AI sets up skills and certifications. Ask the Workbench to create skills, add them to crew, or add certification types.

- Aug 28 · Held-message controls. Held messages can be sent now or discarded, show on your dashboard, and trigger reminders if they sit too long.
- Aug 28 · Smoother updates. Open tabs offer the new version reliably, and a loading screen replaces the blank page.
- Aug 27 · Address lookups fixed. Crew, site and yard addresses land in the right place on the map again, which also improves routing.
- Aug 27 · A more careful AI Workbench. It no longer invents recipients or locations, and it will not say a change is done before you confirm it.
- Aug 26 · Communications page. Every email and text the AI Workbench sends, with its live status.
- Aug 26 · Invoices on the client page. Each client’s page lists their invoices, and you can create one from there.
- Aug 26 · Permit inspection sign-off. Schedule, record and resolve permit inspections, with a final sign-off before a permit can close.
- Aug 25 · Flexible recurring schedules. A new repeat editor handles any pattern, lets you assign different crew on different dates, and skips a single date without breaking the series.
- Aug 25 · AI books recurring work end to end. One Workbench request can create the client, the site, the contract and a real recurring series of shifts with the right crew.
- Aug 20 · A much broader AI Workbench. The Workbench can carry out far more kinds of actions, chain steps together, and list everything it can do on the Capabilities page.
- Aug 16 · A cleaner Daily Summary. The dashboard greets you by name and the summary banner lays out cleanly at any size.
- Aug 8 · New app address. CrewOS moved to app.crewos.ca.
- Aug 1 · Weather location. Choose which location the dashboard weather uses.

- Jul 30 · Smarter route optimization. Routes plan per crew with round trips from your yard, and travel time counts toward paid labour.
- Jul 28 · Weather on the Daily Summary. Current weather, wind and the outlook on the dashboard banner.
- Jul 27 · Better on phones. A broad set of fixes for using CrewOS on a phone.
- Jul 24 · Subcontractor and client portal. Subcontractors and clients can answer RFIs, sign change orders and contracts, submit pay applications and daily logs, acknowledge safety talks, and message you.
- Jul 23 · Crew profile editing and a map of the day. Crew can edit their own profile and see the day’s jobs on a map.
- Jul 23 · Project overview. Each project opens on an overview, and the project menu shows counts.
- Jul 20 · Approvals carry out the action. Approving a booking, an AI action or a schedule change now applies it.
- Jul 17 · Timeclock fixes. Owners and operators can correct punches, shifts complete on clock-out, and a job’s required skills save with the contract.
- Jul 13 · Schedule map. A date picker, a site filter that zooms to the site, and live on-site status for crew.
- Jul 12 · Saved navigation layouts. Save your menu as a named template and switch templates in one click.
- Jul 11 · Dashboard redesign. Resize widgets, save layouts as templates, preview changes live, and a slow widget no longer blanks the board.
