The services CrewOS works with, and what each one does.

CrewOS is the place the work gets run. These are the outside services it connects to, what flows through each one, and which plan it needs.

Accounting

QuickBooks Online

Connect QuickBooks once under Settings, Integrations, and CrewOS keeps your books up to date without re-keying.

What goes across. Customers, vendors, invoices, expenses, contractor bills and payments, plus completed contractor time if you turn it on. Cost codes go across as QuickBooks classes.
Which way. One way, from CrewOS to QuickBooks, every 15 minutes, or on demand with Sync now.
Who connects it. The account owner, through Intuit’s own sign-in.

Works with Canadian-dollar QuickBooks Online companies. A company in another currency connects with syncing paused.

Payments

Your CrewOS subscription. Plan checkout and the billing portal run on Stripe. CrewOS never stores card numbers.
Invoice payments. Clients can pay an invoice by card from the client portal. Starter plan and up.
Payment plans and referral payouts. Stripe Connect handles payment plans and paying out referral rewards.

Email and text

Email. Quotes, invoices, reminders, invites and approvals go out through Resend, and delivery tracking reports whether each AI Workbench email was delivered or bounced.
Text messages. Two-way client texting, lead follow-up sequences, payment reminders and crew notices go out through Twilio.

Two-way SMS messaging is on the Pro plan.

Maps and routing

Maps. The schedule map, each crew’s route drawn along real roads, and the crew’s map of their day.
Addresses and drive times. Site, crew and yard addresses are located on the map, and drive times between them feed Find a Time and route optimization.

Your website

Lead form embed. One snippet on your own site sends enquiries straight into your CrewOS pipeline. You list the website addresses it may run on, and Cloudflare Turnstile keeps the spam out.
Booking page. A public booking page at your own link.

Starter plan and up.

For developers

REST API. API keys scoped to read, or read and write: pull your CrewOS data into your own tools, and create leads and messages from them.
Webhooks. Signed event posts to your endpoint for lead.created, lead.converted, lead.lost, message.sent and referral.credited. The account owner manages subscriptions.

API access is available on our Max and Enterprise plans. Talk to us if you need it.
